Terms of Use
Last updated: May 31, 2026
By using Daymax, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Your use of Daymax is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
What Daymax Does
Daymax helps you create alarms and complete wake-up missions, including photo-based challenges. You are responsible for choosing alarm times, enabling the permissions Daymax needs, and using the app in a safe and reasonable way.
Alarms and Missions
Daymax depends on your device, operating system, permissions, volume, battery, network conditions, and other settings. We cannot guarantee that an alarm, notification, mission, or related feature will always work exactly as expected.
Photo and AI Verification
Daymax may use automated or AI-assisted review to decide whether a wake-up mission has been completed. These systems may be wrong, unavailable, or fail to recognize a valid photo. Daymax is not a safety, medical, emergency, employment, travel, or time-critical service.
User content
When you submit photos, text, or other content to Daymax, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and grant us permission to process it for the purpose of operating, maintaining, and improving the app. Do not submit sensitive, illegal, harmful, confidential, or private content, and do not submit photos of other people without their consent.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt to reverse engineer it, scrape it, overload it, bypass limits or security measures, or use it for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
Subscriptions and billing
Daymax may require paid access for some or all app features. Paid plans may be offered as auto-renewing subscriptions through Apple in-app purchase. Prices, subscription periods, trial terms, and included features will be shown in the app before purchase.
Apple handles subscription billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds through the App Store using Apple's supported settings and policies.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
No warranties
Daymax is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, and error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Daymax and its owners, operators, affiliates, service providers, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for losses related to your use of or inability to use the app, alarms, missions, AI verification, or related features.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
Availability and changes
Daymax may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. These terms may also be updated, and continued use means you accept the updated terms.
